When booking a session, client agrees to the following Terms of Service, upon paying the retainer fee.

Jordyn Stephen Photography, retains full entire copyright and ownership of all images. Consumer is required to give written credit to, Jordyn Stephen Photography, when images are published or used. Client will not alter image in any alterations, including but not limited to, filters, additions, subtractions, or adaptions, with respect of the image(s), alone or with any other material, without the prior express permission of, Jordyn Stephen Photography. Photographer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs, suffered by Client, arising from Client's use of any image(s). In any event, Jordyn Stephen Photography's liability for all claims will not exceed the total amount paid under this agreement. Full payment must be retained by two days prior to dated booked.
